Shoes are ok

I finally got my shoes after a month of waiting. The box they came in was heavily damaged, but the shoes themselves arrived in good condition. They're a bit big for my size EU 36, but surprisingly they fit well and don't hurt at all. In terms of quality, they're no different from shoes you'd find at mass-market stores like Zara or Mango, but they cost more.
Overall, the quality seems ok at first glance, so I'll be ordering from this website again, hoping for faster delivery next time.

I haven’t gotten my shoes yet.

It's been 24 days since I placed my order, but unfortunately, my shoes haven't arrived yet. Initially, reaching out to support was difficult as my emails or instagram messages were ignored. However, after nearly a week of persistence, I finally received a response. They provided me with a new tracking number and explained that my shoes are currently held up at Chinese customs. Once I receive them, I'll be sure to provide a proper rating.
