Wrinkles Tabi Sandal Pumps

Very disappointing company. I ordered some black tabby shoes. When i tried them on they were too big (i ordered a size 8) I am normally a size 7.5-8 depending on the shoe. Unfortunately, since it was too big, I had to return the item. When I emailed the company to inquire about the refund they gave me two options. One, to mail the shoes back and pay for shipping. Additionally, I had to inquire myself with the shipping service for how much it would cost. Or second, keep them and they will refund 20% of the shoe cost. I looked into the cost and it was around $100+ because it was shipping to china!! Why should I pay shipping for more than what the shoes cost??? I decided to just take the 20% refund which is not fair at all in my opinion. THEN the refund went to a PayPal account and not to my actual card. I will not be shopping with this company ever again. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!

Measured my foot (24.7cm) so I got a US 9 and they fits perfectly, really love the look and the quality is amazing. Received my order in 3 days I live in Australia

El envio del producto fue muy rapido. En una semana ya los tenia. Los zapatos son preciosos y estan muy bien acabados pero para mi son grandes. Soy una talla 35 y pedí la talla 35... era grande. La tira de atras esta un poco suelta y no abraza bien el pie.

Very comfortable and happy with them but nit sure about the durability of the shoes … I hope they will not break soon. But soooo cute
