Measure Your Feet

Stand on a hard surface with your heel againest a wall and mark the longest part on a piece of paper. Measure both feet (they may differ) and use the longer one. Add 0.5-1cm for comfort.

Use a flexible tape measure to wrap around the widest part of your foot—usually the ball of the foot just behind the toes.
