Measure Your Feet

Finding the right fit starts with accurate measurements.
For the best sizing experience, we recommend measuring your feet while standing and comparing your measurements with our size chart.
Foot Length
- Stand on a flat surface with your heel lightly touching a wall.
- Place a sheet of paper beneath your foot.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance between the wall and the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement when selecting your size.
For added comfort, we recommend allowing approximately 0.5–1 cm of extra space.
Foot Girth
Using a flexible measuring tape, wrap around the widest part of your foot, typically across the ball of the foot just behind the toes.
This measurement can help determine whether you may benefit from sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Fit Recommendations
We generally recommend choosing one size up if you have:
- Bunions
- Morton's Toe
- Wide feet
- High arches
If you are between sizes, sizing up is usually the more comfortable option.
