We hope you love your Raboesy purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the correct return address.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
As an international brand, Raboesy operates fulfillment facilities in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Return destinations may vary depending on your order and location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@raboesy.com and include photos of the issue.
Our team will review the situation and work with you to provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Promotional gifts or free items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of processing.
Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
To avoid delays, please provide your return tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable unless:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The incorrect item was received
- The package was lost or damaged during transit
Important Notes
- Please do not return items to the address shown on the original shipping label, as this is not our designated return address.
- Returns sent to an incorrect address may result in processing delays.
- Raboesy does not authorize any third-party retailers or websites to provide warranty or after-sales service on our behalf, except for purchases made through our official website and Etsy store.
