Our orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong showroom or our fulfillment warehouse in China. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after shipment, depending on local courier processing.

Processing Time
Each Raboesy order is thoughtfully prepared before shipment.
For in-stock items, processing usually takes 3–7 business days.
Orders containing pre-order or restocking items may require additional preparation time. Please refer to the product page for specific availability details.
Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, kindly contact us as soon as possible at hi@raboesy.com and we will do our best to assist before the package is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may not always be possible and additional carrier fees may apply.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
