Shoes are exactly as the description and the other reviews are right to say take the size under. Beside it still being a tiny big for a size under my original shoe size, the quality is worth its price !!!

I got a size 10… I’m usually a 9.5 or 10. The back part with the elastic is a little big… and I didn’t read the reviews on this. 😓 overall I think I’ll grow to like them. Fall is approaching and brown heels are supposed to be in style.

Very disappointing company. I ordered some black tabby shoes. When i tried them on they were too big (i ordered a size 8) I am normally a size 7.5-8 depending on the shoe. Unfortunately, since it was too big, I had to return the item. When I emailed the company to inquire about the refund they gave me two options. One, to mail the shoes back and pay for shipping. Additionally, I had to inquire myself with the shipping service for how much it would cost. Or second, keep them and they will refund 20% of the shoe cost. I looked into the cost and it was around $100+ because it was shipping to china!! Why should I pay shipping for more than what the shoes cost??? I decided to just take the 20% refund which is not fair at all in my opinion. THEN the refund went to a PayPal account and not to my actual card. I will not be shopping with this company ever again. HIGHLY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM!!
